TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Overview
This website is operated by NordicFulfillment Group AB (“NordicFulfillment”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website and/or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including all policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the website or use our services. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our products.
2. Products & Age Restrictions
We sell nicotine pouches only.
- You must be at least 18 years old where 18+ applies under local law.
- You must be at least 21 years old when purchasing from the United States.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, and use of nicotine products are lawful in your jurisdiction.
We strictly prohibit sales to underage individuals. Any suspected fraudulent or underage orders may be cancelled without notice.
3. Orders & Payment
Prices, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud.
An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel orders prior to shipment.
You are responsible for ensuring that all billing and shipping information is accurate and complete.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship internationally where legally permitted. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, and external circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon dispatch.
Australia — Personal Importation Scheme
Requirements for Australian Customers
A valid prescription for nicotine pouches issued by a licensed Australian medical practitioner must exist prior to placing an order. The prescription may be emailed to us at contact@nordicfulfillment.com or submitted by replying to the automated order confirmation email after purchase.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their prescription covers the products ordered, including the permitted nicotine strength stated on the prescription.
Failure to hold a valid prescription prior to placing an order may result in the shipment being refused, seized, or destroyed by Australian authorities. In such cases, NordicFulfillment Group AB accepts no liability and no refund will be issued.
Imports are limited to a maximum of three (3) months’ supply per shipment and no more than fifteen (15) months’ supply within any twelve (12) month period.
Products must be imported strictly for personal use only. Resale or supply to third parties is prohibited.
All nicotine pouches must remain in their original manufacturer packaging and be accurately labelled.
The consignee/customer is solely responsible for all applicable GST, customs duties, import charges, customs clearance charges, and Australian Border Force fees.

- No prescription, no dispatch: orders to Australia will not be dispatched without a valid Australian prescription.
- Checkout quantity limits are implemented to help prevent purchases exceeding Australian import limits.
- Age verification measures are used to ensure customers are 18 years or older before completing checkout.
- Shipments may be labelled as “Nicotine pouch – prescription medicine, personal use” in accordance with applicable TGA and Australian Border Force guidance.
- Products are shipped in sealed original retail packaging to maintain product integrity and tamper evidence.
5. Customs, Taxes & Import Regulations
Customers are solely responsible for complying with local customs, import laws, and regulations regarding nicotine products.
Any customs duties, VAT, excise taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for orders delayed, seized, refused, returned, or rejected by customs authorities.
6. Returns & Complaints
Due to the nature of nicotine products, returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. Claims must include a description of the issue and supporting evidence where applicable.
Sealed products that have been opened may not be eligible for return for health and hygiene reasons, in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
7. Uncollected Shipments
It is the customer’s responsibility to collect deliveries within the carrier’s stated timeframe. Uncollected shipments may be returned or destroyed. Refunds, if applicable, may exclude shipping and administrative costs.
8. Accuracy of Information
We strive to ensure accuracy in all product descriptions and pricing. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information without prior notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NordicFulfillment Group AB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability where prohibited by law.
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, governmental actions, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, or supply chain interruptions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will apply to orders placed after publication on the website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Swedish courts.
