For orders shipped to the United States, customers must successfully complete an ID-based age verification before the order can be processed.
This verification is handled securely through our third-party partner AgeChecker.Net, a certified age-verification provider.

- United Kingdom & European Union: 18 years or older
Age verification is currently required only for customers with a U.S. shipping address, where federal law mandates verification for nicotine products.
Why is age verification required?
Certain products sold on this website contain nicotine and are legally restricted in the United States.
U.S. federal law requires retailers to verify that customers are 21 years of age or older before processing or shipping these products.
Because our carrier (PostNord) does not perform age or ID checks at delivery, age verification must be completed at the time of purchase.
This ensures compliance with U.S. regulations and prevents restricted products from being delivered to minors.
How does the verification process work?
When placing an order with a U.S. shipping address, you may be asked to upload a photo of a valid government-issued ID, such as:
- Driver’s license
- State ID
- Passport
The verification process usually takes less than one minute.
AgeChecker.Net verifies only:
- Your name
- Your date of birth
- The validity of the ID document
Once verification is approved, the order is processed immediately.
Data protection & privacy
We take data protection seriously.
- Nordic Fulfillment Group AB does not see, store, or access your ID documents
- All verification is handled exclusively by AgeChecker.Net
- ID images are encrypted, processed securely, and automatically deleted after verification
- Processing is GDPR-compliant
We only receive a verification status:
- Approved
- Denied
- Additional information required
We never receive or store ID images.
