Shipping Policy

At NordicFulfillment Group AB, we aim to provide reliable international shipping for our nicotine pouches. Please review the information below carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are indicative only and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, and carrier operations.

  • PostNord Tracked Letter: 4–7 business days
  • UPS Express: 1–3 business days
  • UPS Expedited: 2–5 business days
  • UPS Saver: 3–6 business days
  • EU Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

3. International Shipping & Legal Compliance

We ship internationally where legally permitted. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the purchase, importation, possession, and use of nicotine products are lawful in their country of residence.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you act as the importer of record in your destination country and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations.

Australia — Personal Importation Scheme

Requirements for Australian Customers

A valid prescription for nicotine pouches issued by a licensed Australian medical practitioner must exist prior to placing an order. The prescription may be emailed to us at contact@nordicfulfillment.com or submitted by replying to the automated order confirmation email after purchase.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their prescription covers the products ordered, including the permitted nicotine strength stated on the prescription.

Failure to hold a valid prescription prior to placing an order may result in the shipment being refused, seized, or destroyed by Australian authorities. In such cases, NordicFulfillment Group AB accepts no liability and no refund will be issued.

Imports are limited to a maximum of three (3) months’ supply per shipment and no more than fifteen (15) months’ supply within any twelve (12) month period.

Products must be imported strictly for personal use only. Resale or supply to third parties is prohibited.

All nicotine pouches must remain in their original manufacturer packaging and be accurately labelled.

The consignee/customer is solely responsible for all applicable GST, customs duties, import charges, customs clearance charges, and Australian Border Force fees.

Compliance by NordicFulfillment Group AB

  • No prescription, no dispatch: orders to Australia will not be dispatched without a valid Australian prescription.
  • Checkout quantity limits are implemented to help prevent purchases exceeding Australian import limits.
  • Age verification measures are used to ensure customers are 18 years or older before completing checkout.
  • Shipments may be labelled as “Nicotine pouch – prescription medicine, personal use” in accordance with applicable TGA and Australian Border Force guidance.
  • Products are shipped in sealed original retail packaging to maintain product integrity and tamper evidence.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, excise taxes, or other import fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

NordicFulfillment Group AB is not responsible for delays, seizures, additional charges, or actions imposed by customs authorities. Orders refused, returned, destroyed, or seized by customs are not eligible for refund unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

5. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon dispatch from our warehouse.

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the matter with the carrier. If a shipment is confirmed as lost in transit, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

8. Uncollected Shipments

It is the customer’s responsibility to collect shipments within the carrier’s stated timeframe. Uncollected packages may be returned or destroyed. Refunds, if applicable, may exclude shipping, return shipping, and administrative costs.
