Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address you provided. We aim to pack and ship all orders placed before 12:00 PM (CET) on business days the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or during weekends will be shipped the next business day.

Shipping Partners & Delivery Times
We work with Postnord and UPS to ensure fast and reliable worldwide delivery.

• Postnord: 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.

• UPS: 2–6 business days, depending on the country and local delivery conditions.

Customs & Import Fees
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply when your package reaches your country are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are beyond our control. You are also responsible for complying with your country’s import regulations regarding our products. Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or seized by customs are not eligible for refunds or reshipments.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products (nicotine pouches), we cannot accept returns or provide refunds. This policy also applies to order cancellations, accidental purchases, or change of mind, ensuring product integrity and hygiene standards are maintained.
