Age Verification

To comply with U.S. federal and state regulations, and to ensure that age-restricted products are not sold to minors, we require ID verification for all orders shipped to the United States. This verification is handled securely through our third-party partner AgeChecker.Net, a certified age-verification provider.

Why is age verification required?

Certain products we ship are legally restricted in the United States. U.S. law requires retailers to verify a customer’s age before these products can be processed or shipped.

Because we ship our U.S. orders with PostNord, and PostNord does not perform any ID check at delivery, we must verify the customer’s age at the time of purchase.
This is the only way to ensure restricted products are not delivered to underage individuals.

Age verification is only required for customers with a U.S. shipping address.

How does the verification process work?

When placing an order to the United States, you may be prompted to upload a photo of your government-issued ID (such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport).
This verification usually takes less than one minute.

AgeChecker.Net only checks:

your name
your date of birth
the validity of the ID document

Once verified, your order is processed immediately.

We do NOT store your ID or personal data

Neither Nordic Fulfillment Group AB nor our online store sees, stores, or has access to your ID photos or sensitive personal information.

All sensitive data is handled exclusively by AgeChecker.Net using:

secure encrypted servers
industry-standard data protection
GDPR-compliant processing
automatic deletion after verification

We only receive a simple status:
verified, denied, or additional information required.
We never receive your ID images.

Why ID is not checked upon delivery

PostNord, our carrier for U.S. shipments, does not offer age or ID verification at the time of delivery.
Therefore, verifying age before processing the order is mandatory to comply with U.S. regulations and to prevent minors from obtaining age-restricted products.

AgeChecker.Net uses advanced encryption and secure handling according to strict privacy standards.
Uploaded ID documents are deleted after the verification is completed.
