Do you deliver to my country?
We delivers to most countries in the world. Are you unsure if we can ship to your country? Feel free to place an order – if delivery is not possible to the selected country, you will receive a message at checkout before completing your purchase.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We ship our products via Postnord, UPS, DHL or Fedex depending on the destination and the best available service for your location.
When will my order be shipped?
We ship orders every day. Most often your package will be shipped the same day you place your order. If the order is placed later in the day, it may be shipped the next business day.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can easily track your package on this page on our website:

Where are you located?
We’re based in Sweden – the birthplace and heart of snus and nicotine pouches.
What payment methods do you currently accept?
We use the payment services Nopayn and Nets and we accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.
The currency will always be displayed in USD at checkout even if you have selected a different currency on the website. The prices will always be the same in all currencies so there is no risk.
What are snus and nicotine pouches, and how do they work?
Snus and nicotine pouches (except loose snus) come in pouches that are placed under the lip – preferably the upper lip – to enjoy the taste and nicotine effect. The main difference between snus and nicotine pouches is that snus (categorised as Snus (original portion), white portion and loose) contains tobacco while nicotine pouches are 100% tobacco-free.
Which import and customs regulations apply in my country?
As a customer, you are responsible for finding out what applies to the import of nicotine snus in the country you are ordering to. Unfortunately, Nordicfulfillment cannot provide guidance on specific customs or import regulations. Any costs that may arise – such as customs duties or local taxes – are paid by the recipient.
